Shipping

1. What is the delivery time for my order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery time is 7 to 9 business days.

2. How much does delivery cost?

We deliver all orders in France free of charge.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email which will allow you to track your order.

Returns and refunds

1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when shipped.

2. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@sauvoireParis.fr, within 24 hours with photos of the product and its packaging. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement item at no extra charge.      

3. When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed and sent via your payment method within 10 business days after the return is accepted.

Exchange and cancellation

1. Do you accept exchanges?

Please do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone to report any problems you encounter with your product. We will do our best to find a suitable solution together.

2. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Otherwise, you will need to follow the return procedure.
